  6. What 'Royalty Free' means.
  7.  
  8. As owner of either the shareware version or registered version of
  9. this screen saver, you have a single user license. You have
  10. also acquired royalty free rights to the USE of the individual graphics
  11. files: file names are given below. Understand that this royalty free 
  12. license applies only to the USE of the files i.e. their image
  13. content, NOT to the reproduction and sale of the graphics files 
  14. themselves. These images may be used as design elements in any publication 
  15. or software product that you author, whether or not it is offered for sale 
  16. in the retail marketplace. Examples of legal use would be illustrations in 
  17. news media, catalogs or books. Illegal examples of image use would include 
  18. the design of your own screen saver using the ship photos and/or 
  19. the inclusion of the ship graphic files into retail graphic file 
  20. collections of any sort. These distinctions are the same as those that 
  21. apply to the use of copyright fonts and their font files.

  24. this screen saver product.
